Carroll University's recent GivingTuesday campaign exceeded all expectations, uniting its community in an incredible display of support. Surpassing its initial goal, the campaign raised an astounding $252,541 through Nov. 28 – and the total continues to climb, promising a lasting impact on the university's future and the lives of its students.
The $250,000 goal was Carroll's largest GivingTuesday target in the university's history. More than 400 donors displayed their generosity to be a part of something extraordinary in support of the Pioneers' community. Some contributions included a message or inspiration for giving back to Carroll, such as Dr. David Simpson's remark:
"Honoring all my former student assistants, students, advisees, emeritus colleagues, trustees, staff, faculty and especially Ralph and Virginia Parsons. Thank you for the lessons you taught me and for staying in contact. Precious Carroll connections!"
Through these gifts, donors expressed their desire to invest in students, help provide scholarships and grants, upgrade facilities and fuel innovative programs that enrich students outside the classroom.
Carroll extends heartfelt gratitude to all participants, recognizing their pivotal role in shaping a brighter tomorrow. Each contribution, large or small, became a testament to the belief in Carroll’s pursuit of excellence and the value placed on every student’s story.
